With the weighted exercise tracker, you can keep detailed records of exact sets, reps, and weights. You add sets through the touch of a button, making it a breeze to keep detailed records. When tracking your cardiovascular exercises, by simply entering the time spent exercising you will instantly see how many calories you burned.
Our training tracker also gives you the ability to create training program templates. This gives you the same advantages as our nutrition templates. You can create training templates which can be used to save time in entering your daily workouts as well as to plan your training program. You can even create folders for your training programs to better organize your workouts.
With access to over 600 pre-programmed exercises, as well as the ability to add your own custom ones, you will have a diverse set of exercises to choose from in planning your daily workouts.
